    We visitied the dealership to test drive a 2025 GLI. Although they need not have the color & features we wanted, the salesman Keeran & his manager Dave worked diligently to locate & procure one for us.

    I brought my 2023 VW ID.4 in response to two recall notices for possible faulty door handles as well as a software update. I was disappointed that neither problems were rectified. Now I have to bring my vehicle back in to have the necessary work actually performed. I do not blame the service people for this. I blame the VW for not making the necessary parts/software readily available.
