Bergeys is a disappointment. Unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with my 22 VW GTI. I typically get it serviced at Ciocca in Allentown. My car decided to breakdown on the 476 northbound & Bergeys in Larksville was closer to home. Big mistake.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation with the dealership and part of routine maintenance. Usually this service is done within 90 minutes, but this time I was there for 3+ hours and was given no update only when I had approached them after 2.5 hours. My loyalty to the dealership clearly means nothing and I’m not sure I will return for service in the future.
