    Scheduled 90,000 mile service .. upon arrival was told “you are scheduled for an oil change only” upon my insistence service I scheduled was then performed .. have used the service department at this dealership for multiple vehicles purchased since 1980’s and this was the first time my vehicle was not washed prior to my picking it up
