I took my VW ID.4 in for the recall on the door handles and arranged to have my car inspected at the same time. When I picked up my car almost two weeks later they said it was inspected. But when I got home, I noticed the inspection sticker on the window was not changed. I left several messages before someone finally called me back. I was told my car did not pass inspection because I needed new windshield wipers (which work fine). Why wasn't I told that when I picked up the car? I live over an hour's drive from Bergey's, so I took my car for inspection at my local garage. It passed with no mention of defective windshield wipers. To me this was an attempt by Bergey's to get me to spend money unnecessarily. Is this what they do to all of their other customers? There's more I can say, so I will never go back to them again.

My car was ready in the specified amount of time. The waiting area is pleasant and helps the time pass quickly. The service managers are accommodating, helpful, and efficient.

Very Friendly and patient staff, they took the time to hear my needs and I felt very Heard. I've visited other VW Dealers locally but none of them compare to the staff at Bergey's VW.
