    I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation with the dealership and part of routine maintenance. Usually this service is done within 90 minutes, but this time I was there for 3+ hours and was given no update only when I had approached them after 2.5 hours. My loyalty to the dealership clearly means nothing and I’m not sure I will return for service in the future.

    Waited over 5 hours for my 20,000 service, tire rotation and alignment. Service consultant said that a glitch in the online system lead to an overbooking of service appointments resulting in the slow service.
